Fani-Kayode Dares Buhari Govt To Allow TB Joshua Heal COVID-19 Patients

Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has challenged the Federal Government to permit Prophet TB Joshua of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) to pray and heal COVID-19 patients at various isolation centres across the country.

He said the President Muhammadu Buhari government should hook up the SCOAN founder by satellite, via his Emmanuel TV, to isolation centres in Nigeria as well and see the result. Read more here.

Ogun State Govt Cancels COVID-19 Test Requirement For SSS3, JSS3 Students

Ogun state government has cancelled the proposed N25,000 payment for Covid-19 test for final year secondary school students.

The government also said the test will no longer be compulsory for the graduating students.

Governor Dapo Abiodun said this following the outrage by parents of pupils in secondary schools against the covid-19 policy. Read more here.

COVID-19: Nigeria Records Lowest Daily Figure In 14 Days As Total Hits 44, 129

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Monday night announced that the country recorded 288 new cases.

This is the lowest daily figure in past 14 days.

According to the daily report, Lagos, the epicentre had the highest  number of recorded cases, with Kwara coming second. Read more here.
