We are recruiting to fill the position of a Senior Broker
Candidates should possess relevant academic qualification
4+ years of experience working as a Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Manager, or Senior Broker.
Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents.
Strong understanding of the real estate industry and regulations.
Proven history of exceeding goals and meeting deadlines.

Financial Management:
Accountable for achievement of annual targets and profitability
Strong proficiency in pricing for success and profit
Proposal Success:
Generate proposals for local and international projects
Accountable for overall quality of proposals/pitches
Project Management:
Proactively work with the team to ensure process improvement to benefit clients and the business
Obtain brief from clients to ensure full understanding of the nature of projects
Job Description:-
Develop and strengthen client-agency relationship
Ability to be a full consultant to clients in terms of their category and brands
Manage and supervise research projects. This includes drawing up a realistic timeline, completing all the necessary administrative procedures and liaising with service departments to ensure the process is effectively executed. This includes briefing the relevant service departments, overseeing that timelines are adhered to and regular feedback is obtained. The RDL will develop the Road to Market as dictated by the Marketing Strategy that is efficient and built to deliver value to the target audience and Capture value in an efficient manner.
The RDL will break down the targets per region based on the opportunity to achieve the set objective
Leadership and Team Coordination:
The RDL will be responsible for setting call targets and call objectives for the Saro Digital Agents and their day-to-day coordination and daily review.
The RDL will be in direct contact with Subscribers and Clusters Leaders for engagement and timely resolution of issues.
The RDL Set goals for the Agents (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and yearly Goals)
Channels Management:
The RDL will ensure that all platforms are working seamlessly and deliver the right experience to the farmers.
He/she will be responsible for farmers' KYC and Categorization post-on-boarding.
He/ She will be responsible for the consistency of value proposition and delivery across the different channels to be uniform across the different channels.
The RDL will work in Sync with the Market Place manager on Input Purchase, delivery, Output pick up and general price management in driving competitiveness. Click to apply.

The SAA will support the Safety Advisor (SA) by assisting in the collection and verification of safety information in the Northeastern region of Nigeria, as well as assisting the SA in the preparation of relevant safety reports and incident lists
Collecting, verifying and coding safety information relevant for NGOs
Gather information through multiple sources on ongoing and past incidents
After verification of the information with multiple sources, enter the incidents into the CHDC and inform SA or DSA acting on his behalf to review
Ensure consistency in writing narratives and adherence to INSO writing and coding handbook, styles/standards
Ensure accurate and proper coding of all incidents based on CHDC guidelines
Check the database each time it has been updated by the Info Team in Abuja to ensure no errors have occurred.
Ensure that new consolidated information is updated including the release of claims for already coded incidents, follow up on the release of abductees, recovery of missing items, etc
