Candidates should possess relevant academic qualification
4+ years of experience working as a Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Manager, or Senior Broker.
Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents.

Manage day-to-day SHE matters in routine operations
Intervene to Stop Any unsafe Acts or Processes Which Do Not Comply with OHS Guidelines
Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel and third parties
Lead inspection of all SHE-related equipment in a timely manner and follow up on all deviations
Respond Immediately to Safety Incidents / Accidents Ensuring Risk Mitigation Strategies Are Implemented in a timely manner.
Lead coordinating and monitoring of waste management system
Ensures PPE compliance of staff within the factories
Ensure general good housekeeping of the factory

Position responsible for all the food and beverage operations, which includes all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations. Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals. Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency of all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations. Develops and implements business plan for food and beverage.
Core Work Activities:-
Developing and Maintaining Budgets
Develops and manages all financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans and actions for Food and Beverage departments.
Maintains a positive cost management index for kitchen and restaurant operations.

Leading Food and Beverage Team
Manages the Food and Beverage departments (not catering sales).

Drive the delivery of customer and field sales business objectives towards the achievement of the overall organisation business and growth objectives
Job Purpose:
