We are recruiting to fill the position of an Operator
Minimum Education HND (Polytechnic)
A Degree in related field/NABTEB

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.

Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments
Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
Inspecting company's building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
Perform analysis and forecasting
Monitor and ensure that agreed work by staff or contractors are completed satisfactorily and follow up on any deficiencies
Prepare weekly and monthly reports of the facility activities
Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise
Maintain detailed log of failing components replaced and associated costs.
Ensure that basic facilities, such as water, sewer are well maintained

Maintain thorough knowledge of the business, as well as an understanding of how that impacts the other entities of contact
Monitor, coordinate, and communicate strategic objectives of the business
Collaborate and communicate successfully with government and other entities outside of the business
Work with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that arise.
Develop and foster relationships with the community, stakeholders, government agencies and other entities
Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the business and the other entity.
Candidates must reside in Abuja.
Minimum of a BSc / HND or an MBA.
