We are looking to recruit a new colleague to Manage our Production team. The Production Manager will manage the production cycle end to end; from planning, mixing and packaging in time and in full by safely and effectively utilizing plant capacities and optimizing manufacturing costs and quality.
Project Manager's responsibilities will include:
Factory able to run at full capacity with high performance: packaging and maintenance
Growing the people and organization; to build a solid, motivated and qualified team
Ensuring production with good quality and controlled cost
Production: on-time production of Fresh and LSL mix in terms of Quality, Quantity & Cost in line with budget and as per forecast-planning
Stock: Maintain mix stock such there is a smooth transfer to packaging

The Assistant Operations Manager should have Excellent writing skills to create and develop content, the ability to manage and maintain an efficient system of operations to support the business needs.

Responsibilities:-
Carry out Research periodically (general research) to develop Project/Business Plans.
Create and edit letters, proposals, projects and business plans for clients.

Edit and/or assist in editing and proofreading

Arrange interviews with people who can provide information about a particular story.
Review copy and correct errors in content, grammar, and punctuation, following prescribed editorial style and formatting guidelines.
Review and evaluate notes taken about event aspects in order to isolate pertinent facts and details.

Collect and reconcile credit notes and invoices owed to the company.
Manage customer accounts, ensuring that new customers have healthy credit and that existing customers have settled monthly accounts in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:-
Ensure all invoices and support documentation are dispatched in good time to the clients from the billing department.
Resolve any disputes or complaints from clients to ensure a good business relationship.
Daily reconciliation of debtor’s accounts.
Ensure that account statements are sent to customers regularly.
Verify the balance of account receivables to ensure all figures are accurate on the ledger.
