The role leads the whole chain of IT, including the IT Service lines, IT Service Delivery & Global Innovation, within the West Africa Market.
You will be responsible for delivering, innovating, and maintaining technology products required to run and grow the business working closely with the leadership team across West Africa and Africa UniOps In-Market Information Technology.
Role holder will be required to work closely with other Uniops subfunctions: Data and Analytics, Employee experience (HR Operations & workplace operations and Commercial experience (Finance Operations & Supplier operations) to deliver on required services and support to run the whole Uniops in-market operations.
Key Responsibilities:-
Work with the market leadership team, and global team to develop a technology strategy and vision
Provide the voice of the market in identifying and prioritizing key features for technologies including marketing automation, pricing strategy, web analytics, etc. Click to apply.
Supports the implementation of the recruitment strategy, policies, processes, plans and campaigns to facilitate effective recruitment processes.
Assist in the planning of manpower requirements by developing a Workforce Plan in conjunction with HODs to anticipate current and future workforce demand.
Ensures the approved organization is used as the basis for staffing/ resourcing activities.
Ensures recruitment and selection criteria conform to professional and legal standards, recommending revisions as needed.
Performs regular auditing of recruiting practices to identify inconsistencies and propose solutions/recommendations for quality control.
