Sigma Consulting Group - Our client in the Healthcare sector is recruiting to fill the position of a Human Resources Assistant
A minimum qualification of B.Sc
2 - 3 years HR experience in the healthcare industry is essential.

We require an individual to join our team who can complete a dual role:
Project Manager
Business Analyst
Projects are typically in the areas of product development and system development.
Professional qualification in project management, such as APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or another recognised qualification (e.g. Prince2 or PMP)

Attend to Customer’s Issues & resolve them in a timely & efficient manner
Coordination with Support Teams and ensuring the customer's issues is resolved efficiently and effectively
Raising, following up and closure of Trouble Tickets
Dispatch of Invoices to Enterprise & Retail Customers as per the laid down process
Follow up for Collections through timely reminders to Enterprise & Retail Customers
Ensuring Collections of receivables is achieved as per the set targets
Service & MTTR Improvement Plans
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Click to apply.
Contribute to Brand Strategy definition.
Initiate annual Brand marketing review and plans for the Brand with detailed information on Brand marketing objectives in accordance with overall Brand strategy.
Define Brand Communication Strategy in accordance with Plan and Brand Positioning, selecting the most efficient media mix in alignment with the Category Marketing Manager.
To prepare Agency briefs and subsequent evaluation and assessment of subsequent Agency creative proposals.
Creation and exploitation of brand sponsorship platform where applicable, to enhance selected brand health indicators. Click to apply.
Provide the engineering planning, design, surveillance, and follow-up required for the safe and efficient drilling and completion of drilling programs.
Ensure well objectives are met while assuring the highest standards of engineering integrity, safety, and environmental protection are applied.
In addition to all Level 1 tasks, a Level 2 will:
Generate and evaluate well conceptual designs to agreed on well objectives
Refine selected well concepts to achieve an executable and AFE level (CP4) costed well design.
Provide input into the AFE sanction process and input to other internal and external approvals
Develop comparative risk assessments of well concepts during Select work phases
Exhibit safe behaviors at all times when on company property and/or on company business
