You will be working closely with the communication officer to create original text and video content, manage posts and respond to followers.

Essentially, As a social media marketer at Salpha Energy, you will focus on increasing sales and revenues and increasing brand awareness through the effective use of social media outlets.
Key Responsibilities:-
Increase the company’s revenue by Driving and closing sales through contacts generated from social media ads.
Generate contacts of potential customers and buyers across the company’s various social media platforms.

Ensure proper and thorough vetting of all applicant's guarantors.
Present weekly vetting reports for necessary decision-making.
Ensures proper guarantor verification checks are carried out on all operatives and employees of the company.
Confirms the eligibility of the prospective employee's guarantor.
Confirms the correctness or otherwise of the information provided in the staff file.
Good communication/listening skills.
Give sound recommendations to individual vetting status.

Monitoring major backhaul and upstream links (Ping/PRTG/Cacti)
Maintaining 24x7 uptime of the power system (Inverter/UPS)
Remote support to field engineer (Port check / ip-check / frequency check / RF scan etc.)
Ensure Upstream link uptime (Escalating the issue to the responsible body/Vendor/Engineer& close follow-up till resolution)
BS monitoring (Escalating the issue to responsible body/Vendor/Engineer ----close follow up till resolution)
Monthly Bandwidth Downtime reporting (Dolphin/MTN/Airtel)in Excel format
Monthly BS Downtime reporting in Excel format
Remote support to field engineer on Firewall configuration and troubleshooting

Manage plant efficiency and downtimes, equipment health (corrective and preventive maintenance) and Utilities optimization.
To assist coordinate material, personnel and machinery within the shift and other functional departments as per production & quality plan.
Drive Margin and Continuous Improvement initiatives
Principal Accountabilities:-
To guide all the production/shift leaders and operating staff on the cost-effective, efficient and safe operation & maintenance of the plant (Ref, Dry Fract & Effluent) in accordance with SOP.
To ensure the production targets are met and in line with the production plan.
To prepare Production Reports and ensure proper reconciliation of all raw materials, products, processing chemicals and utilities. Click to apply.
Supervise and provide guidance to the operations team, including travel consultants, reservation agents, and support staff.
Set performance expectations, monitor individual and team performance, and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Operational Support:
Assist the operations team in handling complex travel bookings, resolving customer issues, and managing special requests.
Ensure adherence to established operational procedures, including ticketing, reservations, invoicing, and documentation.
Monitor workflow and distribute tasks effectively to ensure efficient and timely completion of work.
Customer Service:
