The Sales Team Lead will be stationed in the preferred location and be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales agents, installation technicians, dual contractors and their customers - responsible for the full customer cycle i.e., sell, fulfil, maintain and recover.

Key Responsibilities:
Organizing sales activities and functions in the field to achieve targets, revenue and desired quality sales.

Coordinate fiber activities with other departments and the Manager of OSP construction
Perform ring cuts on live fiber without affecting existing services.
Perform fiber tests with OTDRs, light sources and meters.
Terminate, splice, bond/grounds and test fiber optic equipment to division standards.
Provide accurate equipment location, splicing and terminating records for the fiber database.
