We are looking for an exceptional People Operations Associate that will support the conceptualization and implementation of people systems and processes at MAX.

As a People Operations Associate, you will ensure a high rate of employee satisfaction for services. You will be responsible for thinking about people operations services and implementing same.
What You'll Do:-
Ensure accurate Employee data entry into the HR system.
Provide support to staff on day-to-day issues, serving as the first point of call for staff on all inquiries related to MAX as a whole.
Provide support in the development, review and improvement of talent management across MAX
Take ownership of employee complaints and issues and resolve them systematically and efficiently.
Use the intel received from employee touchpoints to help the business develop strategies for preventing and dealing with employees' problems

Maintain electronic databases of registration, inspections, and maintenance of fleet management
Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting, and surveying current user trends
Maintain knowledge and utilize all fleet information and user surveys to forecast new requirements
Arrange fleets and fleet operational support staff to provide support and schedule vehicle movement
Manage fleet dispatchers’ activities for optimum performance
Ensure prompt fueling of vehicles for operational use
Perform vehicle registration, insurance, and documentation regarding induction of new vehicles in the existing fleet
Oversee routine and ad hoc maintenance, obtain tags for new vehicles, and renew old ones to ensure schedule fleet management
Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local and state rules and regulations
Maintain and monitor data management system to organize fleets as per various schedules and requests
Streamline and monitor the fuel purchase system with the assistance of Fuel Cards for all vehicles and drivers
Participate in various workshops and educational programs and maintain knowledge of all industry-relevant publications. Click to apply.

Bookkeep, prepare and record journal entries.
Performing basic office tasks, such as filing and data entry
Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
Processing transactions, and updating ledgers.

Bachelor's Degree, HND qualification
At least 1 year of relevant experience in an accounting role
Accounting / Finance background and completed their NYSC
Good understanding of accounting principles
Good working knowledge of accounting software. i.e. QuickBooks
