President Buhari Awards Buratai Second Highest National Honours

The Nigeria's second highest national honours, Commander of the Order of the Federal Republic(CFR), has been approved by the President Muhammadu Buhari to be conferred on the former Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Tukur Yusuf Buratai (retired). 

The conferment is scheduled to take place at an investiture ceremony scheduled for October 11, 2022, at the International Conference Centre (ICC), Abuja, where Buratai will be decorated with the Commander of the Order of the Federal Republic (CFR). Read more here.

Armed Robbery Gang Nabbed In Ogun State

Operatives of the Ogun State owned security outfit, Social Orientation and Safety Corps (So-Safe Corps), has apprehended a three member armed robbery gang.

The National President of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Prof. Emmanuel Ososdeke has reacted to the court judgement ordering members of the union to go back to work.
