Latest News On Baba Ijesha Case: Princess Breaks Silence Over Actor's Release

Nigerian comedienne cum actress Damilola Adekoya, popularly known as Princess has reacted to the release of Olarenwaju Omiyinka aka Baba Ijesha.

AllNews Nigeria earlier reported that Baba Ijesha was on Monday evening released on health grounds.

Recall that Baba Ijesha was caught on CCTV sexually molesting Princess' underage foster daughter. He was detained as a result.

In a recent update, Baba Ijesha's lawyer, Adesina Ogunlana via a Facebook live video said the actor was granted bail on Monday, May 17, and will be released after his bail conditions have been perfected.

“He has been granted bail about one hour ago. We are working to perfect the bail. He was granted bail on health grounds. He has not been released. He will be released after his bail conditions have been perfected,” he said.

Some of the bail conditions listed by the lawyer for the release of Baba Ijesha are two reliable sureties, one of which must be a level 10 officer, a direct blood relation, and an N500,000 bail bond in like sum.

Reacting Baba Ijesha's bail, Princess took to her Instagram saying victory will, at last, be hers

She said, "I will win not immediately but definitely."
