NMDPRA Assures Petrol Availability In Lagos At Easter

The Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) has assured residents of Lagos State of the availability of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) during the Easter period.

OPEC Counts Cost Of Russia, Ukraine War On Energy Industry

The Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), has said that the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine has had serious ramifications on the energy industry.

OPEC Secretary-General, Mohammad Barkindo said this during the 15th High-level Meeting of the European Union-OPEC Energy Dialogue on Monday in Vienna, Austria. Read more here.

Vandalism At Agip’s Gas Line Cuts Gas Export By 5 MMSCM/d — Eni

The Italian parent company of Nigerian Agip Oil Company (NAOC), Eni has said that the breach of its 24-inch gas line at Okaka in Yenagoa has temporarily crippled its gas export.

The firm said that it declared a ‘Force Majeure’ on its gas export feed to the Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) in Bonny. Read more here.

Nigeria’s Crude Oil Production Dropped In March – OPEC

The Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) has announced that Nigeria’s crude oil production declined to an average of 1.354 million barrels per day in March 2022.

NETCO Posts N4.31 Billion Profit For 2021

The National Engineering and Technical Company (NETCO), a subsidiary of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Ltd., has declared a profit before tax of N4.31 billion for the year ended Dec. 31, 2021.
