AllNews brings the news round-up from Europe's top five leagues with Barcelona, Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester United, and Arsenal.

Manchester United running on the clock to sign Sancho

The deadline set by Borussia Dortmund is August 10, for the Manchester United to complete Jadon Sancho's transfer. That means today is the D-day for them to put the deal to bed.

The German club has stood on their evaluation of the player at 108 million Euros despite the financial impact of the coronavirus on clubs around Europe, of which Manchester United is also a victim.

The deal must be in place ahead of the reconvening of the senior squad for the start of the Bundesliga season scheduled for September. A deal is yet to be agreed between the clubs, reports claim that an initial large payment followed by realistic clauses and add-ons for the 20-year old winger to complete a move to the Old Trafford is tabled.

Sancho still has 2 years remaining in his contract so they are not in a hurry or have a need to sell him yet, the deal might be pulled off if United continue to stall.

Real Madrid plotting Dybala's move

Los Blancos are interested in a sensational 90 million euros-plus-cash deal for Juventus No. 10. The Argentine was the most sought after player in Europe back in 2016 when he was explosive in all competition but with the Old Lady not interested in any deal for their newly discovered star, all teams pulled away. He was close to joining Tottenham last summer until player rights and other economic differences saw the deal dead. The recently crowned Champion of Spain, Real Madrid are interested in his signature seeing him integral to their plan of winning the UEFA Champions League next season.

It has been suggested that Real are ready to include Toni Kroos and Isco in the deal. Dybala has been locked in talks with Juventus over a contract renewal. his 11 goals and 6 assists this season saw him named Serie A most valuable player. He might move if an agreement is struck with two clubs.

William announced his exit from the blues

The Brazillian Winger has confirmed his exit from the blues as his move to Arsenal draws closer. He sent an open letter to the club and fans. The former Shakhtar man spent 7 seasons at the London club scoring 63 goals across 339 appearances providing 62 assists.

He won 1 Europa League, 2 premier league titles, 1 FA Cup, 1 league cup, and now he takes his leave after the club could not give him a 3-year contract renewal due to his age. Arsenal offered him the 3-year contract and he graciously accepted it.

Arsenal trying to reach a mutual exit with Mesut Ozil

The Gunners are looking to reach a financial agreement with the former Real Madrid's playmaker to get him to leave the club which could benefit both parties, as the Club deemed him a surplus and the German international needs to play as he goes into the twilight of his career. He has not played an official match since the restart of EPL after the coronavirus break, and till the season ended, he had always been on the bench.

He was Arsenal record signing in 2014 after a brilliant performance in Spain, he signed for Arsenal for 350,000 Euros per week making him the highest-paid player at the Emirate stadium.

The 31-year old wages have affected the club in signing other players especially with the coronavirus pandemic impact on the financial well-being of clubs across Europe.

The club announcement early in August that 55 non-playing staff will be laid off including several senior members of their player recruitment team shows how much financial constraint at the club.

They have also placed several players on the transfer list; Matteo Guendouzi, Sokratis Papastathopolulos, Maitland-Niles, Sead Kolasinac, and Mesut Ozil.

Barcelona needs £31M to complete Eric Garcia's deal

Manchester City has named their price for the wantaway defender, Eric Garcia after he refused to sign a new contract. The Premier League side would rather cash in on the player than lose him for free when his contract expires.

Man City has set his price for £31 million which could be an initial £20 million fee with the remaining £11 million paid in add-ons.

The move back to Barcelona would see him back to his boyhood club which puts him in the path as Gerard Pique who left Barcelona for Manchester United. It is only ironic he (Garcia) is coming back to replace Pique.

PSG considering a move for French man Guendouzi

Paris Saint-Germain has always been interested in any french talent, which could help the France national team. Matteo Guendouzi is the latest interest with the defensive midfielder falling down the pecking order at Gunners. The Emirates team wants to cash in on the 21-year old french man especially with the fund's deficiency at the club to sign other players of interest to them. One of these is Thomas Partey from Atletico Madrid.

They are not alone in the interest of the French defensive midfielder with reports from Europe suggesting him in a swap-deal with cash for Coutinho from Barcelona and Juventus monitoring the situation.
