Usman Abdulkarim
The House of Representative member Honourable Usman Abdulkarim has sponsored a bill for the establishment of Federal University of Tourism Wamba, in Nasarawa State.
The said bill is now before the House of Representatives for consideration and approval.
Honourable Abdulkarim is the member representing Akwanga/Nasarawa Eggon/Wamba Federal Constituency at the green chamber of the National Assembly (NASS).
Abdulkarim, a former member of the state Assembly was elected in 2019 under the platform of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
According to him, the bill is aimed at harnessing the tourist attractions in the state to create room for economic gains for its people.
