Lawmaker's Aide Resigns To 'Protect His Dignity'

Aide to Honourable Musa Salihu Iyimoga, a member of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly (NSHA) has announced his resignation

The aide, Usman Abdullahi Sidi resigned to 'protect his dignity'. 

Sidi announced this via a post on Facebook, resigning from his role as Personal Assistant to the embattled House Member who was elected in 2019 under the platform of the Zenith Labour Party (ZLP). 

According to him, the decision was for his personal safety and to protect his dignity'. 

"I shall return all the office documents that are under my care with immediate alacrity," he added. 

Meanwhile, Iyimoga has assured constituents of more life-impactful initiatives and projects if reelected in the 2023 polls. 

The House Member who is the youngest in the state's history gave an assurance when a delegation of women paid him a solidarity visit recently.
