'Leave Thick Girls Alone' - JMK Reacts After Backlash For Twerking In Bikini [Video]

'Leave Thick Girls Alone' - JMK Reacts After Backlash For Tw

Big Brother Naija star Jumoke ‘JMK' Adedoyin has set the record straight after she was criticized on social media for twerking in a bikini.

Over the weekend, the reality star was spotted in a video twerking while wearing a bikini at an undisclosed beach.

Speaking on her body, she captioned the video, “It's organic.”

However, the clip attracted negative criticism from netizens as it was insinuated she was trying to seduce men with her provocative dance moves.

In response, JMK took to Instagram live to clear the air. According to the reality star, what she wore was the appropriate outfit for where she was.

She stated that she would not try to bring herself down because she's scared of the backlash she would receive from the public.

She added that if some people could not see past her physical attributes, then that is not on her.

JMK said, “I'm growing every day. I can't be trying to water myself down or trying to wear certain things that don't befit my body just because of 'oh what will people say'. You don't want people to see you this way or that way.

“See me anyhow you want to see me, I just feel like it's your mentality. This is 2021, if you can't see me past my physical attributes then that's on you not on me.

“I just wanted to clear the air about the whole 'she dey find market' and all that nonsense. I don't need to do all that.

“I went to the beach and I wore a bikini. A bikini is for the beach. It is not for going to the restaurant. I wore what was appropriate to the beach.

“So all that nonsense that some of these people have been saying is for your pocket. I really don't give a shit but I just had to address it. Please leave thick girls alone.”
