Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has released the nominees of the men's player of the year award which includes Kevin De Bruyne, Lewandowski, and Neuer.
The 'shocking' missing individuals include Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Kylian Mbappe, and Neymar from the top 3 shortlist - the first time Messi and Ronaldo will be missing in 10 years.
