The prolific Liverpool forward, Sadio Mane has been awarded the PFA Fans Player of the Season Award for the just concluded 2019-20. He becomes the fourth member of the Anfield Camp to win an award in the EPL season after Manager, Jurgen Klopp, Alexander Arnold, and Captain Jordan Henderson.

The award involves a poll of the football fans across the country, with Mane winning 41% of the votes to see off competition from fellow contenders like Kevin De Bruyne (27%), fellow teammate, Trent Alexander Arnold (17%).
The former Southampton player was known for his quickest hattrick in English Premier League scoring a hattrick in less than 2 and a half minutes in a game involving Southampton vs Aston Villa.
After completing a move away from the Saints, he has not thrown in the towel with superb performance earning him a shared golden boot with fellow African EPL stars; Mou Salah (also a fellow teammate) and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
The Senegal international scored 18 goals and provided 7 assists in the EPL this season helping Liverpool clinch the EPL title with a club record 99 points with a 3-1 thrashing of Newcastle on the final day.
