Award-winning artiste Wikzid has canceled his Made in Lagos tour scheduled to take place in Canada due to health measures put in place by the foreign nation.
The singer made the announcement on his Twitter page on Wednesday, disclosing that he is looking forward to returning to the country as soon as possible.
"Due to existing and developing public health restriction measures being introduced by the Canadian government, I will no longer be able to perform my Canada shows in January", Wizkid wrote.
"I'm looking forward to returning as soon as possible", he added.
Made in Lagos is Wizkid's fourth studio album, released in October 2020. The musical work was recently certified Silver in the United Kingdom by the BPI, the UK record labels association.
The album has sold over 60,000 units in the United Kingdom and environs.
