Man On The Run After Killing Sex Worker Over Payment Disagreement

Kenya police have said they are looking for a man who is on the run and who they suspect killed a commercial sex worker in Bombolulu, Mombasa over a payment dispute. 

The 32-year-old woman was discovered dead on Friday morning outside a hotel after spending the night with the unidentified man.

Police believe that the man killed the woman as a result of a payment dispute.

“We highly suspect they disagreed over payment since before her death she had informed her workmates that she had seen a guest,” a witness who reported the matter told police.

Her naked body was discovered by her colleagues, who later alerted the police.

“It’s still unclear if she was killed inside the guest house and her body dumped there since her workmates never heard any type of commotion at the time her body was discovered,” the police said.

“Her neck bore strangulation marks and we highly suspect she was strangled inside the room before her body was dumped here.”
