Manchester United Humiliated By Tottenham 6-1 At Old Traffor

Manchester United suffered another huge home defeat at the hands of Tottenham by a 6-1 scoreline after Anthony Martial was sent off due to violent conduct.

Jose Mourinho got his piece of flesh from his old employee after a humiliating defeat to Ole Gunner Solskjaer side.

United opened the scoring account on the day with a penalty from Bruno Fernandes very early in the game to make it 1-0.

After numerous error passes from the United defence, Tanguy Ndombele managed to squeeze in a shot into the net after two minutes of United scoring.

A quick play by Harry Kane to drop the ball for Son Heung-min after a foul gave the Asian player a clear run at De Gea which he finished in style.

The game was turned on his head before 10 minutes as Tottenham took the lead.

A violent conduct by Martial earned him a red card.

Kane-Son combination again worked to absolute treat as Son drops a low ball for Kane, and the English man finished it in style, buried it into the net.

Son rounded up the first half in fashion as he completes a brace from Serge Aurier's low ball through De Gea's legs to make it 1-4.

The second half began a resumption of hostility as Aurier makes it 5 from a sleek pass from Pierre-Emile Hojberg, as he drove a low ball into the net beating De Gea in the process.

Tottenham could have scored more but Luke Shaw took one for the team as he shut down Lucas Moura which earned him a yellow card.

Pogba committed with a sliding tackle in the box, Ben Davies who just came in sold him the foul and earned his side a penalty.

Kane stood up to take it with a powerful shot into the left corner. De Gea guessed right but could not save the ball.

Tottenham welcomes West Ham after the international break while Manchester United travel to Newcastle.
