A Church service was reportedly disrupted by masquerades who flogged worshippers in Shikal village of Langtang South local government council of Plateau State.
A member of the church who gave his name as Nanpon said the masquerades also destroyed some church properties.
Nanpon disclosed that the name of the church is Assembly Church, adding that no reason was given for the action.
According to him, the masquerades came in when the service was ongoing and then went on a destruction rampage.
"The masquerades arrived the church premises while church service was ongoing and started flogging those in attendance, detroying chair, music instrument flogging and chasing people out ot the premises", the source shared.
