Ex-housemate of Big Brother Naija season 6, Angel Smith, has urged fans not to forget the importance of mental health.
In a tweet on her official Twitter handle, Angel stated that every housemate on the BBNaija reality show is human and is prone to making mistakes.
She also implored people to be kind to the ex-housemates and desist from using one's moral compass to judge others.
She wrote, "Mental health is so important guys. It's easy to forget that everyone that was on the show is a human being, it comes with the fame but we're people like you and mistakes will be made. Let's be kind. Don't use your own moral compass to make it harder than it is for any of us."
This is coming after her fellow housemate, Tega Dominic, stated that she is tired of the bully she has been getting from cyberspace, adding that she is mentally exhausted.
Few hours after her tweet, Tega deactivated her Instagram account.
