Lionel Messi will join Inter Miami with a reunion with Barcelona out despite the effort of the Catalonia club to bring back their legend to Spotify Camp Nou.

Messi who announced his departure from Paris Saint-Germain after 2 years will now move to America to play in the Major League Soccer (MLS).

Fabrizio Romano confirmed on Wednesday on his Twitter page, he captioned "Lionel Messi to Inter Miami, here we go! The decision has been made and it will be announced by Leo in the next hours #InterMiami

"Messi will play in MLS next season. No more chances for Barcelona despite trying to make it happen."
