Ministry Of Youth To Partner Young Persons On Information

The town hall meeting initiative by the Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Sunday Dare seems to be yielding results already as youths have resolved to partner with the Ministry to create new platforms for information dissemination.

AllNews reports that speaking during the third edition of the Town Hall Meeting recently, Ambassador  David Ibrahim said " We are grateful to the Minister of Youth and Sports Development Sunday Dare for initiating the town Hall Meeting.

"The good news is that a new youth Independent television platform has been created to communicate with our youths.

"We are training some presenters and look forward to working with the Ministry."

In his response, Dare said  " We want to partner with the initiators of the Youths  Independent  Television.

"We don't intend to take over the idea but to seek how to collaborate.

"This idea is in tandem with our vision to create a reality television programme  that would resonate with the youths."
