A Magistrate Court in the Yaba area of Lagos State has issued an order to remand Azeez Fashola, widely known as Naira Marley, and Lagos socialite Balogun Eletu, also known as Sam Larry, in police custody.

This decision comes in connection with their alleged involvement in the death of Ilerioluwa Aloba, known as Mohbad.

The Lagos State Police Command had initially requested that Naira Marley and the other individuals be remanded for 30 days to facilitate the ongoing investigation.

However, Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun ruled in favour of a 21-day remand instead.

Meanwhile, the Lagos State Police Command has declared Nigerian singer Owodunni Ibrahim, popularly known as Primeboy, wanted in relation to Mohbad’s death.

Primeboy, who was a childhood friend of Mohbad, has been accused of having a role in the singer’s tragic demise.

Benjamin Hundeyin, the Lagos Police Public Relations Officer, stated that Primeboy had not responded to police invitations regarding the investigation into Mohbad’s death.

Consequently, the Lagos Police Command has declared him wanted and has offered a one-million-Naira bounty for information leading to his capture.

Primeboy is described as approximately 1.64 meters tall, male, dark-complexioned, with tribal marks, and of Yoruba ethnicity.

His last known address is 3rd Power, Oke Eletu, Ikorodu.
