Beneficiaries of the Federal Government N-Power scheme are expressing their fury towards Sadiya Farouq, the Nigerian minister of humanitarian affairs, disaster management and social development due to their unpaid July stipend, AllNews reports.
AllNews reports that Farouq's Independence Day message was not well-received by exited N-Power beneficiaries, who are being owed July stipend.
N-Power beneficiaries - who are under a programme meant to alleviate poverty in the West African country - are yet to be paid their July stipend as at the time of publishing this report.
Two beneficiaries from different Nigerian states who prefer not to be named confirmed to AllNews that they have not been paid for July.
AllNews understands that Hajia Farouq is fond of delaying N-Power beneficiaries' monthly stipend of N30, 000.

Nemesis is the ultimate repercussion for everything done and undone under the sun. Karma, the great harbinger of madness will surely rise in defense of the vulnerable Nigerian youths whose stipends you have maliciously withheld for months now. May your life be like NIGERIA at 60

Your lackadaisical handling of Npower July stipend payment and is a test of character. Honorable Minister, where is your compassion? At least show some sympathy.

You are very stupid and mad woman after disengage 500,000 Npower volunteers beneficiaries, so you want peaceful and unity and we should try to avoid humanitarian crisis when you don't do the right thing that you people suppose to do for the youth https://t.co/iPfBkUbBFr
