An N-Power beneficiary, Kabir Bashir has pleaded with the Nigerian government and Sadiya Farouq, the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development to absorb volunteers into the civil service.
Allnews reports that N-Power beneficiaries, particularly the pioneer set, have persistently called on the federal and state governments to make their stay in the scheme permanent.
The government, meanwhile, says their time in the programme is up, and they will be exited soon.

According to the FG, N-Power aspires to provide a platform where most Nigerians can access skills acquisition and development.
At this time, the N-Power programme is designed for Nigerian citizens between the ages of 18 and 35.
