N-Power Unpaid Stipends/NEXIT: Nigerian Man Bemoans Abandonment By Minister Farouq

A social media user, Oloyede Israel has criticised Sadiya Farouq, the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development for 'abandoning' 500,000 Nigerian youths "without proper and immediate exit package settlement".

The Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs had via its verified Twitter handle on Wednesday disclosed that Hajia Farouq "commissioned and handed over the Nigeria COVID-19 Action Recovery and Economic Stimulus (N-CARES) project vehicles to the State CARES Co-ordinators". Read more here.

A Nigerian man Raphael Olabisi has asked the Vice-President of Nigeria, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo to intervene in the plight of exited N-Power beneficiaries.

N-Power: 7 Months After Launch Of NEXIT By Buhari Administration, No CBN Intervention Has Materialized

Seven months after the launch of the N-Power NEXIT by Nigerian authorities, AllNews can authoritatively report that there is no single ex-beneficiary that has been placed into the any Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) intervention option — as promised.

NEXIT is a portal designed for the CBN empowerment programme for exited N-Power beneficiaries (batches A and B). It was launched in November 2020, but has not been effected despite hundreds of the erstwhile beneficiaries successfully completing registration.
