N-Power: FG Gives Warning To Newly-Engaged NSIP Beneficiaries

As the Muhammadu Buhari administration keeps on with the N-Power scheme, the Federal government has warned engaged Independent Monitors against handing over their official assignments to third parties.

The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Umar Farouq gave the charge while inducting 46 Independent Monitors at the Hope Waddel Conference Hall Government House, in Calabar, Cross-River State at the weekend. Read more here.

N-Power: 400,000 Youths Benefit From Famed Scheme - NASS Committee

The House of Representatives Committee on Poverty Alleviation and Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency (SMEDAN) says 400,000 youths have benefited from the N-Power Scheme.

Rep. Balarabe Salame, Chairman of the committee, in an interview with the NAN on Friday in Abuja, said that the success was recorded during his tenure as the committee’s chairman. Read more here.

The Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo (SAN), has said that skill acquisition is the core of the famed N-Power scheme of the Muhammadu Buhari administration.
