N-Power: 'Pathetic To Exit Beneficiaries Emptyhandedly' - Fo

A foremost youth leader in Kano State, Mustapha Kabir Soron Dinki has asserted that it is "pathetic" that the Nigerian government can exit N-Power beneficiaries without giving them any package nor transiting them into entrepreneurial programme, AllNews reports.

Recall that Batch A beneficiaries exited the N-Power programme on June 30 after four years in the famed scheme, while their Batch B counterparts officially made their exit on July 31st - after two years.

Meanwhile, these Nigerian youths are currently in the dark regarding their exit/transition package.

Dinki, who was an N-Power beneficiary, via his known Twitter handle argued on Thursday that the Nigerian youths should be made comfortable.

The N-Power Programme

According to the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, the famed N-Power programme has since inception trained over 500,000 beneficiaries in various vocational areas - farming, agro-processing, financial literacy, communication, digital skills amongst a host of others.
