N-Power Rolls Out Call Centre Lines

The Job Creation and Empowerment Initiative of the Social Investment Programme of the Nigerian Government on Friday rolled out N-Power Call Centre Lines, AllNews reports.

The Call centre will be a centralised office to receive and transmit a large volume of enquiries by telephone.

AllNews understands that it is a central point from which all N-Power beneficiaries' contacts are managed.

Through the contact centres, valuable information about the famed scheme will be routed to beneficiaries.

Meanwhile, some beneficiaries still complain of unpaid stipends.
