The Job Creation and Empowerment Initiative of the Social Investment Programme (SIP) of the Nigerian Government has said that "there is no room for inter-state redeployment" in the N-Power scheme.
Allnews reports that according to Sadiya Farouq, the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, as at February 25, 2020, there are 473,137 Nigerians enrolled in the N-Power programme.
The N-Power Graduate Programme is the Federal Government’s direct intervention to tackle youth unemployment and re-energise public service delivery in four sectors, that is, education, agriculture, health and tax.
The government provide jobs for thousands of young Nigerian graduates across the 774 local government areas of the federation.
