N-Power: What Batch A And B Beneficiaries Should Do Amid NEXIT - Farouq’s Aide

N-Power: What Batch A And B Beneficiaries Should Do Amid NEX

Nneka Ikem, the Special Assistant, Media and Publicity to the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development has asked exited N-Power beneficiaries to "standby for a text message on the log in details", AllNews reports.

Recall AllNews had reported Friday's announcement by the Nigerian government about the launch of a portal for exited N-Power beneficiaries to apply for the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) empowerment options, which was met with loss of hope by majority of people.

Sadiya Farouq, the Federal Minister of Humanitarian Affairs had in a statement signed by the Permanent Secretary of the ministry, Bashir Nura Alkali, urged interested exited beneficiaries "to log on to the portal and provide the required additional information for possible placements into the various CBN intervention options".

They call it the NEXIT portal.

Meanwhile, no portal link was made available by the Nigerian authorities, much to the dismay of the exited N-Power beneficiaries who have been thrown out of the famed scheme since at least July 2020.
