Nasarawa Poly Proprietor Speaks On 2022/2023 Admission Proce

The proprietor of Nacabs Polytechnic, Akwanga, Nasarawa State, David Abuluya has spoken on the admission process for the 2022/2023 academic session.

Nacabs Polytechnic is the second indigenous private polytechnic in Northern Nigeria founded in 2000.

Speaking to journalists on Thursday, Abuluya said the screening exercise is for every candidate who applied for admission into the polytechnic for the 2022/2023 academic session.

“And who made the Polytechnic their institution of first or second choice and scored 120 and above in the 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

“Candidates who did not choose Nacabs Polytechnic, Akwanga, but wish to effect a change, are encouraged to make the Polytechnic their first choice by contacting the relevant Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) accredited centre for change of institution or contact the institution through the school JAMB Coordinator,” he explained.

Earlier, Abuluya who is the President, Eggon Cultural and Development Association ( ECDA) Worldwide stated that the institution was established as a form of contribution to the efforts of the government in the education sector. 

“This is part of my contribution to the development of the education sector and the society at large.

“As we are all aware of the importance of education to human and societal development,” he said.

The proprietor added that the school would not compromise its standard and the academic excellence it is known for.

“We have qualified lecturers and staff and we have the necessary facilities in the institution.

“We have modern laboratories and workshops for practicals. Quality will never be compromised,” he guaranteed.
