Nasarawa United Football Club of Lafia on Thursday stormed to the top of the standings in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL), dislodging Rangers International on goals difference.
They moved to first place on the log from seventh after a 3-0 spanking of visiting Dakkada FC of Uyo.
The Enugu-based Rangers dropped further down to fourth, again on goals difference, after a 0-2 loss to hosts Katsina United who moved one step up to 17th.

Plateau United jumped from 13th to ninth after beating visiting Sunshine Stars of Akure 3-1 in Jos.
