Native Doctor Rapes, Impregnates 15-Year-Old In Anambra

A native doctor, Nwaduche Ekeneotutu was alleged to have raped and impregnated a 115-year-old girl in Njikoka Local Government of Anambra.

 According to NAN, the native doctor is said to be a friend of the girl’s mother and was curing the girl of ‘Ogbanje’ spirit.

Rachel Yohanna, the Executive Director of Davina Care Foundation, stated on Saturday that the case was brought to them by some vigilantes.

“The vigilante group said they saw her roaming the streets and explained to them that her mother sent her away because she was pregnant. The girl explained to us how the native doctor sleeps with her every night."

“The native doctor confessed he started sleeping with the girl when her mother asked him to marry the girl in place of her treatment bills which she could not afford."

According to her, the foundation will mobilise support and follow up the case until justice is served. She added that the case has been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department.
