NCC Upskills FEDPODAM Staff On Digital Technology

The Nigeria Communication Commission (NCC) has upskilled 110 staff of the Federal Polytechnic Damaturu (FEDPODAM) on Advanced Digital Appreciation Programme for Tertiary Institutions (ADAPTI).

Dr. Jafar Ali, the Coordinator of the five-day training said the workshop was sponsored and organised by Digital Bridge Institute (DBI).

According to him, the training which aimed at bridging digital gaps in Nigerian tertiary universities will run from June 6 to June 10.

Usman Kallamu, the Rector of the polytechnic, represented by his deputy, Dr Reuben Omotayo in his opening remarks urged the participants to pay close attention to the training, adding that the participants included both academic and non-academic staff of the polytechnic.

Reacting to the training, the Head of the Information and Protocol Unit of the institution on behalf of the trainees expressed gratitude to the NCC for the upskilling.
