NECO To Commence School-Based SSCE On June 27

The National Examination Council (NECO) has announced that the 2022 Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE) would commence on Monday, June 27, 2022.

The announcement was made in a press statement released by the examination body in a tweet by Head, Information and Public Relations Division, Azeez Sani on Saturday.

The statement urged State Ministries of Education, Principals, Commandants and other stakeholders to dismiss any assumption about the alleged postponement of the examination by NECO.

It further stated that the council has made necessary arrangements to conduct a smooth examination in 2022.

According to NECO, the candidates will be tested on 76 Subjects during the examination which will be concluded on Friday, August 12, 2022.
