NFF Set To Hold Annual General Assembly In Lagos

The Nigeria Football Federation has announced plans to hold its 77th Annual General Assembly in Lagos on Thursday, 18th August 2022.

The AGA was earlier scheduled for Lagos in December 2021, but it was put on hold due to an ex parte injunction issued by a Federal High Court in Yenagoa, Bayelsa, after some football stakeholders filed a suit.

The event is expected to hold at the Best Western Plus Hotel, Victoria Island and will play host to the Chairmen, Secretaries of the 44 members of the NFF,  Football Associations of all the 36 states abs the FCT; the Leagues; Coaches Association; Referee Association and the Players' Union, Members of the NFF Executive Committee; NFF Management and Staff and other stakeholders.

Top among the agenda of the Annual General Assembly is a roadmap for this year's Elective Congress of the Nigeria Football Federation.

The NFF election is expected to hold in September after the tenure of the Amaju Pinnick-led board.
