Nigeria Move Up 4 Points On Latest FIFA Ranking To 32nd

International Federation of Association Football, FIFA on Thursday, April 7, published its latest rankings of National Teams with Nigeria moving from 36th to 32nd.

The Super Eagles were involved in two international matches during the period under review, both of which they won against the Republic of Benin and Lesotho.

On the back of those victories, Nigeria have moved up 4 places up in the world rankings, becoming the third in the African region.

Senegal, Tunisia, Nigeria, Algeria and Morocco are the top five teams in Africa in that order.

World Cup qualifiers foes Cape Verde, Central African Republic and Liberia sit 73rd, 118th and 151st respectively.

The top ten teams in the world consists of Belgium, France, Brazil, England, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Argentina, Uruguay and Denmark.
