The Police Command in Benue has arrested three suspected kidnappers in Logo Local Government Area (LGA) of the state.

Justice Ladiean Akintola of Oyo High Court granted an ex-parte motion restraining the Department of State Security (DSS) and Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) Abubakar Malami from arresting, intimidating, harassing, and blocking bank accounts of Sunday Igboho. Critics of the government are worried about compliance though.
