Nigeria Records 553 New COVID-19 Cases, Total Now 9855

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Saturday announced 553 new COVID-19 cases in the country.

According to its official Twitter handle, Lagos recorded the highest number of cases with 378 new infections.

14 other states also recorded different numbers of cases.

As at the time of filing this report, Nigeria has 9855 confirmed cases of COVID-19, 2856 discharged patients and 273 deaths.
