The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) market closed with 3,578.00 deals on Tuesday 27th April 2021 as its trade value reaches NGN1.8 billion according to the NSE data seen by AllNews Nigeria.

The All-share index inches below the initial index point of  39,318.52 to close at 39,305.48, -0.03 percent on a magnitude of 252,570,573.00

Top Five Gainers
Prestige Assurance Plc top gainer's list today April 27th 2021, after its stock price gained 9.52 percent or 0.04kobo, to close trading at N0.46kobo per share according to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) market data seen by AllNews.

Wema Bank Plc ranked second after its stock price gained 0.05kobo or 8.77 percent from the N0.62kobo it ended with on close of market for the week.

Royal Exchange Plc stock price gains 0.03kobo to stand at N0.42kobo on close of Market activity.

Champion Breweries Plc came in fourth on the top gainers' list, after its share price gained 7.46 percent or 0.15kobo, to close the market at N2.16kobo per share, having opened trading at N2.01Kobo per share.

Regency Assurance Plc, been fifth on the advancer's table, record a gain of 7.41 percent in its share price or 0.02kobo to close trading at N0.29 per share.

Top Five Losers
Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc topped the decliners' list today, as the company's stock dropped by 9.09 percent, or 0.03kobo to close trading at N0.30kobo per share.

University Press Plc came second on the list after its stock price dipped 8.59 percent or 0.11kobo to close trading at N1.17kobo per share.

Chams Plc recorded a 4.55 percent drop in its market share price as it lost 0.01kobo to close at N0.21obo per share.

Honeywell Flour Mills Plc's share price fell by 0.06kobo to record a 4.44 percent drop after its trade closes at N1.29kobo per share.

Sterling Bank Plc completed the list with an N0.07kobo loss or 4.38 percent to stand at N1.53kobo per share.

Top Five Trades
AllNews learned that the most traded in the stock market for Tuesday 27th April 2021 was Access Bank Plc, having a trading volume of 57.18 million units valued at over N351.76 million.

TransCorp Hotels Plc came second on the list with a volume of 30.82 million units valued at over N27.52 million.

Third on the list is Fidelity Bank Plc having traded over 29.43 million units valued at N66.69 million.

Guaranty Trust Bank Plc was the fourth most traded stock today, closing the market with approximately 15.89 million units traded at a value of N496.43 million.

Zenith Bank Plc completes the top five list with 14.78 million units traded at a value of N327.99 million.
