10. Facebook To Pay $650 In Facial Recognition Lawsuit

A federal Judge in U.S has ordered Facebook to pay $650 million settlement in a class-action privacy lawsuit over the alleged use of facial recognition technology that used scans of users' faces without permission.

The Judge gave the other over the weekend which includes payment of three other plaintiffs $5,000 each while nearly 1.6 million others will receive at least $345. Read more here.
