1. #EndSARS: 15 Lekki Shooting Victims Storm Lagos Panel

15 protesters who suffered bullet wounds during the recent #EndSARS protests in Lagos have visited the Lagos State Court of Arbitration and Mediation in Lekki, venue of the Lagos State Judicial Panel of Enquiry and Restitution for Victims of SARS related abuses and other matters.

14 of them were said to have been shot at Lekki Toll Gate on the evening of October 20, while one was said to have been shot at Ojodu Berger. Read more here.

2. Lagos May Demolish 795 Houses For Fourth Mainland Bridge

A total of 795 houses may have to be demolished to pave way for the construction of the proposed 37-kilometer Fourth Mainland Bridge in Lagos.

This was made known at the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Stakeholders’ scoping workshop with the Federal Ministry of Environment in Lagos. Read more here.

3. Lagos East Bye-Election: Police Restrict Movement, Call For Peaceful Conduct

The Commissioner of Police, Lagos State, CP Hakeem Odumosu has declared restriction of movements ahead of the Lagos East bye-election.

In a statement issued on Friday by the Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, the restriction of movement would be between 6 am and 6 pm on Saturday. Read more here.

5. 2023 Presidency: PDP Chieftain Accuses Fayose Of Working For Tinubu

Dare Adeleke, an ally to Oyo Governor Seyi Makinde and a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has accused the former Governor of Ekiti state of working with Tinubu to destabilize the party in the South-West region ahead of the 2023 Presidential election.

Dare who warned that PDP might lose the only South-Western state which it currently controls if Fayose is not called to order further pointed out that the party in the south-west region is heading to serious polarisation. Read more here.

6. Biafra: 'I'm Not Going To Allow 'Emperor' Nnamdi Kanu Have A Free Day' - Uche Mefor

Alphonsus Uche Okafor-Mefor, the estranged Deputy-Leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB), who is currently battling the secessionist group's leader, Nnamdi Kanu, on Thursday spoke against contempt for human rights.

7. Nigerian Music Artist Duncan Mighty Reveals Wife, Mother In-law, Others' Plot To Kill Him

Nigeria musical artist Duncan Wene Mighty Okechukwu, also known as Duncan Mighty, has revealed on his social media page that his wife, mother in-law and other family members are trying to kill him and take over his properties.

AllNews gathered that the threat to his life, was because of his properties, as they feel he was too young to have acquired such wealth and the fear of what will happen if anything happens to him, knowing he is the only son of his mother. Read more here.

The 36-state representatives of N-Power volunteers plus the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) has asked the Federal government 'not to joke with Nigerian graduates', AllNews reports.

Biafra political activist, Nnamdi Kanu has claimed that 'a well-disguised Nigerian Army extra-judicial execution camp nicknamed the Abattoir exist in Suleja, Niger State, North-Central Nigeria'.

Kanu, the fugitive leader of the outlawed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) alleges that some Biafran activists seized by Nigerian forces in Oyigbo (also called Obigbo - in Rivers State), are tortured and executed. Read more here.
