    Nigerian top flight club El-Kanemi Warriors have dismissed head coach Abubakar Hasan Mai Zubairu.

    This is coming on the back of El-Kanemi's 2-1 defeat to Kwara United in a league clash on Wednesday.

    AllNews Nigeria learnt that Mai Zubairu and his entire technical crew were sacked because the Maiduguri-based club have recorded just one win in nine league outings this term.

    This leaves the club rooted in the relegation zone in Group A with 5 points, losing six and drawing two games.

    A new technical crew is expected to be composed by the club before the start of the second half of the season.
