He died on Thursday evening following an illness.
Rasheed Balogun who has been the general manager of the Ibadan-based club since 2014 will be missed by the management, coaching crew, staff and players of the football club and of the Nigerian football fraternities.
Condolences are already rolling in from several football clubs across the country.
Kwara United FC described Rasheed Balogun as a great football guru and prayed to God to give his family, friends and associates the fortitude to bear the painful loss.
The Oluyole Warriors are occupying 19th position on the NPFL table and will be hosting Kwara United this coming Sunday in the NPFL matchday 8 clash which is expected to be tough.
