The stock market also ended with an equity cap of N20.66 trillion capitalization on Monday lower than the N20.52 trillion recorded on Friday

Top Five Gainers
Courteville led the top gainers' chart after its stock price gained N0.02 to close trading at N0.22 kobo per share after opening the trading with N0.20 kobo per share indicating a 10.00 percent change, according to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) market data seen by AllNews.

Custodian was second on the chart, as its stock price gained NGN0.60 kobo equivalent to a 10.00 percent change as Courteville, to close the market with N6.60 kobo per share, having started trading with N6.00 kobo per share.

Linkage Assurance, been third on the gainers' list closed the market with NGN0.56 kobo per share from the opening price of N0.51 kobo per share which represents an increase of N0.05 kobo gain indicating a 9.80% change in the share price.

Caverton takes the fourth spot, having closed the market with NGN0.18 kobo gain, 9.52 percent change in the share price to end trading at N2.07 kobo per share from the opening share price of N1.89 kobo per share.

Jaiz Bank was last on the list after its share price gained NGN0.05 kobo, a change of 0.05 percent to close trading at N0.64 kobo per share, having opened trade at N0.05 per share.

Top Five Losers
Cornerstone tops the decliners' list today Monday, March 29th, 2021, having begun trading at NGN0.61 kobo per share, only to drop in price by NGN-0.06 kobo indicating a -9.84% change to close at NGN0.55 kobo per share at the end of trading.

Oando was second on the chart after closing at NGN3.10 kobo per share from its opening trade price of NGN0.55 kobo per share; this represents a -6.06 percent loss or NGN-0.20 kobo.

Honeywell Flour Mill recorded a drop in its share price as it declined by NGN-0.06 kobo which is a -4.84 percent change in its market share, to close trading at NGN1.18 kobo per share, below the NGN1.24 kobo per share it opened with.

PZ Cusson's share price fell by NGN-3.00 kobo a percentage change of -3.00%, as its share price closed trading at NGN4.85 kobo per share, lower than the NGN5.00 kobo per share it opened with.

AllNews learnt that the top trade in the stock market for Thursday 26th March 2021 is GTBank which traded a volume of over 230.37 million units worth N7.39 billion.

UBN is the second on the list with a volume of over 79.22 million units worth overNGN419.84 million.

Third On the list is Wema Bank having traded with over 51.94 million units worth over N31.70 million.

Transcorp Hotels was fourth on the most traded stocjk market list today, closing the market with over N18.68 million units traded at NGN14.97 million.

Courteville completes the top five list with 16.85 million units traded at NGN3.71 Million.
